How does payment work?

Payments are processed through Plisio, a cryptocurrency payment gateway. We accept multiple cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), Dash, Tron, and Tether (USDT). After selecting your license type, you'll receive a payment link. Once your payment is confirmed, your license is automatically generated and sent to you via Telegram.

How do I purchase a license?

Contact our Telegram bot @KingRatLicenseBot and use the /start command. The bot will guide you through the purchase process:

1. Select your desired license type
2. Receive a payment link via Plisio
3. Complete the cryptocurrency payment
4. Receive your license key and download link automatically
5. Download and run King Rat server, then enter your license key
6. The license will automatically bind to your machine on first activation

What license types are available?

What is Hardware ID binding?

Each license is automatically bound to a specific machine using a Hardware ID when you first activate it. This ensures that each license can only be activated once per machine, preventing license sharing and unauthorized activations. You don't need to provide your Hardware ID during purchase - the binding happens automatically when you enter your license key in the King Rat server for the first time.

How do I activate my license?

After payment confirmation, you'll receive your license key via Telegram. To activate:

1. Download the KingRat server package using the provided download link
2. Run the KingRat server application
3. When prompted, enter your license key
4. The license will be automatically validated, activated, and bound to your machine
5. Your Hardware ID will be displayed in the activation window for reference

The license is stored securely on your machine and will be validated automatically on each startup.

How long are download links valid?

Download links are time-limited to 24 hours and allow up to 3 downloads per purchase. Make sure to download and save the package within this timeframe. If you need a new download link, contact support via Telegram.

What if my payment is confirmed but I don't receive a license?

If your payment is confirmed but you haven't received your license, please:

• Check your Telegram messages from @KingRatLicenseBot
• Use the /status command in the bot to check your payment status
• Contact support at @KingRatOrg if the issue persists

Can I transfer my license to another machine?

No, licenses are hardware-bound and can only be activated on the machine for which they were purchased. Each license is tied to a specific Hardware ID. If you need to use KingRat on a different machine, you'll need to purchase a new license.

How do I check my license status?

You can check your license status in two ways:

• In the KingRat server interface - license information is displayed in the main window
• Via Telegram bot - use the /status command in @KingRatLicenseBot

What happens when my license expires?

When a time-limited license expires, the KingRat server will prompt you to purchase a new license. Lifetime licenses never expire. You can check your license expiry date at any time using the /status command in the Telegram bot.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Plisio, a secure cryptocurrency payment gateway. We never store or have access to your payment details. All transactions are verified using HMAC-SHA1 cryptographic signatures to ensure authenticity and security.

What if I lose my license key?

If you lose your license key, contact support at @KingRatOrg with your transaction details or Telegram user ID. We can help you recover your license information. It's recommended to save your license key in a secure location after receiving it.
